Mr. Selfe says n 16 November 2009, Willie Hofmeyr, the then-head of the SIU, presented a report on alleged corruption in the DCS to the PCCS. #StateCaptureInquiry

He says he elaborated about the extent of the relationship between Bosasa and the DCS, but particularly Patrick Gillingham, and specifically the "sweeteners" that Gillingham had allegedly received from Bosasa. #StateCaptureInquiry
