NAPTIP TO PARTNER WITH NSCDC IN THE FIGHT AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING
The Zonal commander NAPTIP SOKOTO ZONAL COMMAND paid a curtsey visit to the Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil defense Corps(NSCDC), Sokoto Command on Thursday,4th February,2021 together with management staff
of the COMMAND.
The ZONAL COMMANDER MR MITIKA MAFA ALI, reiterate the existing working relationship between the two organizations and urge the NSCDC to continue with the effective and efficient synergy that already exists between us.
In his response, the Commandant promise to
work with NAPTIP in combating human trafficking in the state, he also promised to always be there whenever we knock at their door. He also promised to appoint a desk officer for NAPTIP.

The sledge hammer of justice fell heavily on a heartless middle aged sex offender in Nigeria as High Court in Sokoto State have convicted him for sexual exploitation of a minor of age 9. The High Court in Sokoto presided over Image

COURT JAILS MIDDLE AGE MAN FOR TRAFFICKING A JOB SEEKER
A Federal High Court sitting in Asaba, Delta State capital presided over by Honourable Justice T. B Adegoke, has convicted a middle aged man Frank Israel for trafficking a 22 years old job seeker, Anthony Francis to Europe Image
for labour exploitation thereby violating the provisions of the Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Law Enforcement Act 2015 as amended.
The convict was arraigned in Court by the Benin Zonal Command of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP)
following his arrest by the men of the Asaba Division of the Nigeria Police in 2020.
