Anyway, it looks like the Senate Intel Committee is laying the groundwork for labeling Russia a state sponsor of terror. Meanwhile, there are calls to delist HTS, the Syria based AQ affiliate, and the State Dept recently delisted ETIM, a Xinjiang & Syria-based AQ affiliate.
