Watching Naruto and it's amazing how much better the first main arc was to basically anything from Shippuden.
By the way, there's possible foreshadowing in the Haku fight with Sasuke saying he'd never seen handsigns with one hand before. Then later he loses his arm. lol
I also like the first time Naruto taps into the kyuubi's power. It holds up. Seriously impactful.
Nothing is explained, it's all just emotion. It was well done.
So in general, the cases that were thrown out about voter fraud never got to the actual point of investigation. One judge even challenged one complaint as hearsay and the one that wasn't hearsay was "too vague". It's baffling.
The Wayne County complaint in particular included an allegation that Democratic party officials were alone to "duplicate ballots". This means that they count it as one or another because it's hard to read or something.
It was thrown out without investigation.
Read it again. Their complaint was that they only had a Dem and no Republican doing the monitoring. Meaning they don't KNOW whether anything was replicated in favor of D's.
It should have been investigated and wasn't. But hey can't have any evidence if there's no investigation.
I heard someone discussing "white privilege" in a corporate setting. They said it isn't the same as "racism" and that it means that people gain some slight benefit from their skin color.
I really don't like this, and I'll explain why...
His argument was that people shouldn't apologize for their privilege, but they should DO something with it.
Well, what is that? What should people do with it?
No answer in the session. Do you know why? Because it would reinforce the idea that white privilege == racism.
However, the idea that white people somehow gain benefit from having white skin means that people that aren't white DO NOT gain benefit from their own skin.
But in what setting? The implication is that it's in society as a whole, or in a general sense.
