Namely, the Palantir case whereas in contradicting practice with other countries no judicial action took place and there is huge ground for rumours to believe that info is still collected by this particular service. If you exit your house without a text you will be fined /2

for "unjustified exit" and be disproportionately - to the average GR salary- fined. @hellenicpolice has displayed an awful lust for fining every single person in a patrol's reach, with no respect to their personal data among other violated human rights with their behaviour./3

Strictly legally speaking, exiting without a text code or in paper time stamp is illegal. However, imposing a fine to an old lady who has suffered traumatic loss with the majority of her family dead and no state service available to support her is simply atrocious./4

Kudos @hellenicpolice, keep on supporting negative stereotypes regarding your personnel's skills, educational background and actual law enforcement. Well done, protecting citizens from themselves, truly remarkable.

Upd, the fine was deleted BUT after the woman had been on mainstream media with her personal details out in the public (GDPR has long left the chat) and only AFTER our FinSec personally called the local police officer. What a public disgrace.
