A simple google search would have revealed an old unfinished list of 'Indian Origin Enlistments into the Australian Imperial Force WWI' by Australian Indian Historical Society including Charles Khan, the first man of Indian Origin to enlist who embarked on overseas duty.

Is @barryofarrell not receiving the correct briefing from his staff or is he oblivious of the sensitivities involved, when he bursts into print?
Or is he receiving his briefing from the #RSS?
Shouldn't it call into question his competence for the job?
