Critical Resistance PDX,
I hope this missive finds you in the Best of Spirits.
Not too long ago during the preliminary stages of this world-wide pandemic, I received cordial letters from members of CR PDX, which was very appreciated and uplifting.
However, since there has been countless episodes of derogatory racial slurs and threats from staff here at OSP, including two CO's in particular whom I recently filed two grievances on and a discrimination complaint, which now I'm currently working on filing a lawsuit...
... in order for these CO's to be "immediately" held accountable for their unprofessional behavior.
I also wrote Colette Peters, the director of DOC, elaborating these devastating remarks asking for immediate action to be reparated from this permanent scar not just on me, but other AIC's (Adults in Custody) who are being harassed and are willing but afraid to come forward.
CR PDX, I'm urgently asking to receive your benevolence in this matter by bringing this hateful behavior to the forefront (news stations, social media, etc.) and hopefully ask for legal representatives.
The slurs hurled towards me on my first grievance and discrimination complaint on 12-11-20 states and I quote, "That's why something bad is going to happen to that nigger and he won't go home."
The second grievance was on 12-12-20 filed against one of the previous CO's states him explaining to another AIC while on camera, "Tell _____ he better keep my fucking name out of his fucking mouth or else."
Which I also complained about on the prisons inspector general hotline, including me asking to not be retaliated against.
Not to mention the CO explaining to other AIC's that I wrote him up and to stay away from me.
Marking me as a snitch, and putting my life and safety in jeopardy, for the simple fact that he doesn't want me to file a lawsuit, because he has a history of prior events / complaints. And this will be his final straw.
CR PDX, please vindicate us AIC's from the oppression of constant treachery that we have to undergo on a day to day basis. Due to the countless racial injustices inflicted on not justus AIC's but our families as well. Hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

I know it's gonna sound crazy to you, but I am glad I got locked up. I needed to get off the drugs. I'm not sure if I could have done it on my own. I'm not saying I needed 7 1/2 years of my life taken from me, but some time was needed.

First off I would like to thank you both for the letters and reading materials you sent me. Your letters touched my heart. I have not heard true kindness like that from anyone other than my mother since my incarceration. Thank you CRPDX for all the work you are doing.
