There is zero science behind 6 feet. An arbitrary doubling of WWO's 1 meter, and overwhelmingly counterindicated in the school context, where its principal effect is sitting kids home.

I mean this is just embarrassing. They just published multiple studies showing near zero transmission in schools at up to 40% community positivity. 
Even worse are the comically low, non-testing adjusted case count metrics. Totally inappropriate for any county with a large-scale testing program, which is most of them. They just grabbed some random thing from back in spring and stuck it in.
Adding it to what? I mean, did anyone even proofread this illiterate, innumerate garbage?
Part-time prison schools until children are vaccinated for a disease less dangerous for them than influenza. Which could be years.
Nothing in the references supports the restrictive framework and as far as I can tell there is not even an attempt to justify the chosen case counting metrics. This is just incredibly shoddy work.
This school closure plan is a middle finger to every child and parent in America.
