@scottjshapiro In fairness to Scott Shapiro, I deliberately took his post as a serious sentiment, because it is appearing elsewhere as a whitewash rehabilitation effort, just as McConnell intended.

Mitch's record of political ratf***ery is too dark to be excused by one insincere speech.
