Take into account that 25% to 30% will refuse the vaccination. Optimistic scenario is then 129M to be vaccinated.

Let me start with libraries.
- During the pandemic many libraries found a way to operate - drone delivery, holds to go
- If you need a kayak chances are that a library can lend it to you
