The following drugs should not be taken together

1. Antacid (e.g Mis mag) & any other drug most especially tetracyclines & Magnesium supplements.
2. If you are taking drugs to reduce BP don’t take NSAIDs.
3. Thyroid hormone and Omeprazole
4. Grape juice and any other drug👇🏿

RT
5. Antibiotics and diary products like milk.
6. Trimethoprim and anti-hypertensive agents.
7. Clarithromycin and Amlodipine.
8. Warfarin and NSAIDs (e.g Indomethacin, Ibuprofen, Diclofenac).
Using the above drugs concomitantly can result in drug interactions, which may either lessen the effects of the drugs or worsen the condition in which the drug is to treat or create another problem for the patient.
Using antacids e.g MisMag with other drugs will reduce/hinder the absorption of those drugs.
Using a thyroid hormone and omeprazole(which is a proton pump inhibitor) will suppress the absorption of the thyroid hormone which can result in hypothyroidism.
NSAIDs can aggravate the hypertension and may potentially reduce the efficacy of several antihypertensive drugs.
Grape juice actually increases the effects as well as the side effects of several drugs as such, do not take grape juice and take your drugs.
Diary products make antibiotics less effective as such do not take diary products and take antibiotics. After taking antibiotics you can take diary products 2hrs later. If you have already taken the diary product take the antibiotics 3hrs later.
Warfarin interferes with blood clotting as such increases bleeding time, NSAIDs can also cause gastrointestinal bleeding, now taking both of this drug together can result in severe abdominal bleeding which can be life threatening.
Clarithromycin is an antibiotic which increases the effects of Amlodipine as it inhibits liver enzymes. This drugs shouldn’t be used together as they can lead to acute kidney injury and hypotension which can lead to death.
Using Trimethoprim and antihypertensive agents like Sotalol can result in undesirable effects like increased QT interval.

If you want to use antacids e.g Mis mag and any other drug, take the drugs atleast 1hr after taking mis mag, if you have already taken the drug(s), take mis mag 2hrs later.
This is to avoid drug interactions and mis mag inhibitory effect on the drug absorption.

This night

-Brush your teeth before you sleep.
Don’t rise your mouth after brushing. Just spit the excess paste out.

-Don’t drink much water close to bedtime.

-Don’t eat late at night especially heavy foods.

-Speak positive words to yourself before you sleep.
Drinking much water close to bedtime can frustrate your sleep as you are forced to wake from time to time to urinate.
Eating heavy foods late at night can make it hard for you to sleep. And also you are overloading your digestive system.

In a comment section on IG a girl said she uses Ciprofloxacin for her period cramps.

Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic and in no way indicated for period cramps. Menstrual cramps is not an infection that you are treating with antibiotics...👇🏿

This is totally a bad practice and not advisable.
On the long run that can lead to antibiotic resistance.
