I’m confused about so many things. I’m confused about why we are told schools are safe, yet virtual learning is an option - and a popular one. I’m confused about being told that 95% of schools have had improvements to ventilation, yet 100% of the ones I’ve spoken to have not.1/?

I’m confused about being told AGAIN that schools are the safest place for students to be, yet high school students get to attend only 25% of the time. 2/?

I’m confused about how 2 of three hot zones are told to continue with a stay at home order, but kids in those regions have been told to go back to school. I’m confused as to why the third hot zone region, with numbers at least as bad as the others, 3/?

Is allowed to move into red. I’m confused as to why a prominent political figure in one of the “still on lock down” regions deems it perfectly ok to disobey the stay at home order to visit a construction site, for no other reason than to have his photo taken. 4/?

I’m confused about why my parents in their 70s have heard nothing about being vaccinated, but have been told in no uncertain terms that they should go and get a Tim Horton’s breakfast sandwich because “real egg!” 5/?

I’m confused about how front line workers are told to stay home if unwell, but don’t have #PaidSickDays that would actually make that feasible for them. 6/?

I’m confused about why the decision makers would bury their heads in the sand while front-line medical experts are shouting from the rooftops that how they are going about this is all wrong. 7/?

I’m confused about why boards are being told to check to see if education staff are willing to administer Covid tests when the phantom nurses who were hired would be qualified should be able to do this. 8/?

I’m confused about how leaders of this province can keep crowing about insufficient vaccines, but have not shared any plans about how they will be administered when they get here. 9/?

I’m confused as to why LTC residents continue to be so devalued and left at risk, and I’m confused as to how long we can expect medical professionals to keep going full tilt when no one is listening to them. 10/11

But mostly I’m sad. I’m sad that the “leaders” responsible for taking care of the people of Ontario so clearly have no idea what they are doing, and only seem to be interested in serving their own interests. #VoteFordOut2022 #FireLecce
