The final new grant today — Wooden v. US — is another Armed Career Criminal Act grant, but, interestingly, it was a true pro se petition initially, filed by Wooden himself on a fill-in-the-blanks form (although he now has counsel from Arnold & Porter). supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/20/2…
