Two years ago, Delta customers Karee and Rodney were flying home from China with their newly adopted daughter, Bella. They didn’t speak Mandarin. Bella didn’t speak English, but Flight Attendant Jackie spoke both. (2/7)

Hand sanitizers are readily available at ticket counters, boarding gates, Need Help Centers, Baggage Service Offices and Delta Sky Clubs. You can also find hand cleanser or cleansing towelettes in the amenity kits on all long-haul flights.
