Toolkit case: In the order copy, Additional Session Judge Dharmender Rana states, "Considering the scanty & sketchy investigation, I do not find any palpable reason to breach the rule of bail for a 22-year-old girl who has absolutely no criminal antecedents".
Toolkit case: As a condition to granting bail to Disha Ravi, the court instructed her to continue to cooperate with the ongoing investigations & join the investigation as and when summoned; the court also said that she 'shall not leave the country without court's permission.
