Today's concluding "Twitter special" is a JCS document dated 10 October 1944 on Combined IFF policy in the aftermath of the "Great South Pacific IFF Visitation."

Short form: Adm King's priority was protecting the USN's "Turf," not protecting Allied servicemen from failed IFF.

Hello all,

Welcome to Twitter's SECTION 22 WEEK, a multi-media history event. Section 22 was a secret WW2 radar intelligence unit in the S.W. Pacific.
