⚡How To Book Meeting WITHOUT Personalizing Your Cold Emails⚡
Literally a roadmap on how I was able to get 17 clients with my first ever business in under 6 months using ONLY cold email
DISCLAIMER: This is more tailored toward businesses that are prospecting towards small to medium sized local businesses
This will not work if you plan to target Fortune 500 C - Level Executives
STEP 1) Have an actual skill that you can sell as a service
So my freshmen year in college I was growing Instagram pages and managed to get one to 50k organic followers. I eventually sold that page but ended up wanting to do this as a service for medical professionals.
Now I have a service for a specific niche, but now I need to convince these medical professionals to let me manage and run their Instagram pages so this is what really led me down the rabbit hole of learning everything about cold emailing
Step 2) Buy your domain, set the records, and warm it up
(buy like 3-5 domains because we will be spraying and praying)
If you don't know how to do this than check out this resources that MailShake put together that is perfect
Step 3) Find your list of businesses using a database and clean with NeverBounce
In my case, I was finding medical professionals and didn't know of any database other than D7
Got a list of dermatology clinics and cleaned using NeverBounce
Step 4) Your cold email copy will not contain personalization but that is going to be okay because you will be leading with value
Instead of asking for a meeting, you're going to ask them if they would like a "video audit" or to see a "case study of xyz"
I was emailing doctors asking if they wanted a mock up of an instagram feed that would help them grow their following and if they replied I would just reformat their current feed to look aesthetically pleasing and just send it back to them asking if they wanted to work together
I landed my first client this way
I had no contract, a shitty website, no onboarding systems, relevant case studies or anything
I was shook when I made the pitch and she agreed
Step 5: Cold Email Copy Example If You Provide Facebook Ads
"Hey (business name) - I noticed that you're using Facebook Ads but they are lacking in several areas. I run Facebook ads for X and helped them get Y. Do you mind if I send a video audit of what I would change?"
Step 6: Since you're leading with value they will respond positively and all you need to do is send them a loom video of you auditing their ads in Facebook ads library and than making a call to action
"Maybe we can hop onto a call and I can help you generate more ROI"
Add them into your CRM and keep nurturing them until you close the deal
I've seen outbound agencies that do this at scale with VAs
VA's do the video audits on behalf of the client etc
When your domain is warmed up, you can literally do 100-200 emails per account
Even with a response rate of 5% with 300 emails that's 15 responses daily and 5-8 will probably be qualified
So this is what the workflow looks like
100-200 emails leading with value -> client responds -> send them the value with a CTA -> call, nurture, follow up till you close the deal
Personalized emails work really well with niches that check emails daily but with local small business they hardly ever check emails so it makes more sense to lead with value and only focus on those that reply rather than personalize every email for them to not be seen

⚡How We're Scheduling 5 Podcast A Month Using LinkedIn ⚡
We added around $7k MRR doing this for only a month
I want to start off this thread by giving my intern @davidchacko0708 a shoutout for running this campaign and absolutely crushing it
He's booked a total of 10+ podcasts and has like a million more that are like 70% confirmed
Podcasts are an underrated form of traffic
- builds credibility
- more backlinks for SEO
- makes you look like an authority figure
- can draw traffic towards a VSL or a free trial and have a high conversion rate
In this thread, I'll be going through the best databases to create your lead lists to prospect with for various niches
Some of the databases mentioned don't give direct contact emails & in that case just use a domain lookup tool to find the decision maker (Hunter.io or AnyMailFinder)
1) Most general niches Apollo.io and UpLead are by far my favorite databases for most niches
- they both enrich data before delivering it to you
- direct emails and a ton of other filters
