as you can see, I am not sure who owns CanLii, or the connections here .. but apparently they do not have to follow their own Privacy Act, RSC 1985, c P-21
I guess it would add more context if you went and saw what they were actually saying after they share their carefully worded post.
anyways, you get the point, I have tons of these gross posts. The point is , why are the sharing it? It is about what they call "raceshifting" people who they think do not have enough blood purity to call themselves Indigenous. This is everything to do with race and ethnicity.
fasken.com/en/news/2020/0… Antoine AylwinPARTNER CO-LEADER, PRIVACY &CYBERSECURITY @antoineaylwin As the CanLii Board Co-leader of the Privacy & Cybersecurity Group @ Fasken,Mr Aylwin, maybe you can see the racial connection being made using my 11 yr old disabled son's CanLii case?
@CanLII CanLII has a policy to post all decisions as made available by courts and tribunals, except when a statutory or court-ordered restriction on publication applies. After careful consideration, we do not see any such restriction attached to this decision, so we have to
decline your request. Kind regards Cc: CanLII president, Hmm even when it goes against your own privacy policy? Information who names an 11 yr old, his race and his medical information and needs. As you can plainly see, it is being used to racially profile him.
@HeuristicaDC - Crystal O’Donnell (Chair), Founder of Heuristica Discovery Counsel Professional Corporation .. Maybe MS O'Donnel, you can see how my 11 yr old disaabled son's CanLii case is being racially profiled, which goes against the privacy act of CanLii ? Report mentions
medical needs and also his race and he is receiving hate speech online because of it. They were provided with plenty of screenshots to show what is happening. Apparently it isn't their son, and they don't care.
Pr. Christina Hendricks, Ph.D., Professor of Teaching in Philosophy at the University of British Columbia -- Can you see how my 11 yr old son is being racially profiled and receiving hate speech online? As a board member of CanLii, how do you feel about this? I can tell you as
as his mom, it is infuriating to see and apparently I can't stop it , even though it directly goes against Canlii's privacy act. What is the point of having a privacy act that CanLii doesn't follow?
@shannonnsalter -- please I am reaching out to the board members, as CanLii has told me that they will not help. My son's case is being shared around social media, facebook and twitter and probably further, he is being racially profiled due to a case on CanLii that goes against
"Shannon Salter, Chair of the Civil Resolution Tribunal and Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia, Allard School of Law " / against their own privacy act. His case shares his medical needs, and his race and he is recieving hate speech online because of it .
@PPSC_SPPC Brian Saunders-Justice and Human Rights Committee as you are a board member, I am reaching out, I don't know where else to turn. -my 11 yr old disabled sons Canlii case is being used to racially profile him/ us on Social Media. He is receiving hate speech online.
If you go to the start of this, it shows some of the screenshots, definitely not all of it. I have reached out to CanLii and they refuse to help me, I don't know what else to do and this goes against the CanLiii privacy act. It shows race, ethnicity and medical needs.
@LawSocietySask - Reaching out to Thomas Schonhoffer, Q.C., Counsel for Saskatchewan Lawyers’ Insurance Association Inc. - He is a board member on CanLii. I am asking for help because my 11 yr old disabled son is being racially profiled and receiving hate speech online because
of his CanLii case. I have asked for them to remove his name and they refused. They are going against their own privacy policy, which goes directly against my son's human rights in Canada. It mentions his medical needs, race and ethnicity. Please help us.
linkedin.com/in/kayoko-take… - @douglascollege - reaching out to Kayoko Takeuchi, I don't know where else to turn. My son is receiving hate speech online because he is being racially profiled because of our ethnicity. We identify as French Acadian Metis, which is a non recognized
category where we live,we fall under NonStatus Indigenous people. We are French Acadian and Mi'kmaw. There is a university professor who is racially profiling people, sharing my son's case and harassing people on social media. My son is receiving hate speech from this. I have
tried contacting CanLii and they won't help me. I see you are a board member so I am reaching out to see if you can help us. As his case specifically mentions things which are in the Canlii Privacy Act, specifically his medical needs, his race and ethnicity. He is being targeted
and it is against his human rights.

I find it very interesting how I post about people who identified as Metis in the 70's and I turned them into Metis. I didn't know how powerful I am apparently, What you won't say to try and look good, dear god, LOL Image
I really want to hear this story Darryl, you're right, it does sound intense, considering I was born in the 70's and these Metis were making land claims in the 70's, I am honestly confused how in the hell did I do that? LOL Time Travel? Image
Mal i Mic news December 1976 - NCC, Cabinet talks on Land Claim Study - Harry Daniels, Melvin Nash - setting up an organization to research the claims of the NonStatus and Metis people., Nope definitely not me @DarrylLeroux, that definitely looks like it (1973, I was 2) Mal i Mic news OCT 1973 -P...

That is pretty big speech from a Nation who borrows all their culture from other nations. And, like there are other First Nations, there are other Metis peoples and cultures. I don't owe you anything, Mr Little Man. Take your misogynistic gaslighting elsewhere. @billy_isenor Image
You are not from my community, I don't know who the hell you think you are, demanding anything from me. I do not claim to be from your community and you sure as hell do not speak for mine. Am I clear enough for you Billy?
You can stop with the bull shitting speeches, cause McCargar case has already stated that the Non Profit Society the Metis National Council does not speak for any other community other than the registered members of their own through their own constitution and bylaws, so you can

Acadie and the Acadians-by Roth, D. Luther- 1891 - these remarks concerning the people of this nationality in the settlement-class which has been swallowed up by admixture with the Native American Indians, kind of a miscegenation. Paul Laurent- Chief of the Indians on La Have, Image
who was in all probability a half-breed French-Indian.
Just like my uncle who signed the 1761 treaty, he was also a French-Indian half-breed and also was the chief of the La Have Indians. You know, that was one of the treaties used in the Marshall case. Image
It's also interesting that another of my great grandfathers brother signed the ratified 1725 Treaty, which treaty is the one the rest all flow from. He too was a French-Indian half-breed. Mathew Mius. Canadian native law cases- - by Slattery, Brian 1980 - R V Syliboy. Image

First Nations soon must prove status for vaccine winnipeg.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=2… via @CTVwinnipeg
Wow, so non-Status who by their label alone do not have a status card to prove their status are now vilified as "Pretendians" 😳
so much for the Daniels Decision !!- It doesn't say the status people of Canada, who the federal government is very selective in. The gov has created this class of people and now uses the status of those they have elevated to keep the status quo. The gov is using this cozy little

@MetisViking LMAO, you're really going to say that, when you know absolutely nothing about me, LOL .. You might want to check how long I have been identifying and advocating for my community, before you make such an asinine remark, LOL Image
Supreme Court of Canada- Daniels decision Section 17 - No one exclusive Metis people in Canada. My Uncle Francis Mius was chief of the La Have Tribe of Indians, signatory on the 1761 Treaty ( Ya know the Marshall one :P). LOL -- read the little blurb about the Metis in La Have, Image
from the Daniels case .. 🥰

I think he means why he engages in hate speech. It is nice to know he acknowledges what he does. Image
Making fun of my ADHD, making outrageous claims, as usual. So much drama to take away from what they are actually doing. Image
