I lived in CA for 30 years, it has gone downhill every single year since 2007.

bit by bit by bit,

The natives dont notice because of the normalization effects, all the little failures and tyrannies get memory holed and forgotten

BRO TRAINING KNOWLEDGE: The "Reality" of Bad Rotator Cuffs

These are the muscles of the upper back.

99% odds that you've never fully trained ANY of them.

But you have done lots of bench press, chest press, shoulder press, front raises, pec flys, lateral raises...
Every single pressing exercise you do puts pressure into the glenoid humeral joint (the arm bone going into the shoulder)

Every pressing exercise creates tension in the pecs or shoulder or both

This is not inherently "bad" at all,

The problem is...
is most of you never train the OPPOSITE MOTION

You dont do nearly enough pulling movements at all

The majority of your upper body training is you pressing the humerus into the socket and putting stress on the rotator cuff
