investigativejournal.org/erdogans-sinis…
Several of these massive Turkish construction deals in Libya involved several people with links to Trump associates and with links to James Fenech (Erik Prince’s ex associate w/Nicola Bandini in Maltese based Blackwater Ammunition renamed PBM Ammunition)

The Trump assoc:

Fettah Tamince “known as the secret banker and partner of Erdogan” owns Sembol Construction & Rixos hotels

Ex-Trump Org advisor Felix Sater was Sr Advisor Sembol & Rixos Chmn 2005-2010, Trump assoc Tevfik Arif had business ties w/Tamince
investigativejournal.org/erdogans-sinis…
Tamince and Mubariz Mansimov owned Tampal Trade Holding Company in Malta

Jan 2017, Giuliani associate Lev Parnas brokered multi-million lobbying deal between Mubariz Mansimov and ex Trump Org lobbyist Brian Ballard, Parnas met Mansimov through Igor Fruman
Tamince partnered with Burak Baslilar (reportedly had close ties w/Qaddafi)

James Fenech's armaments empire under scrutiny in Europe

Per article arms dealer and Prince associate Fenech is in business with Kor Kurt Akin, who has interests in African oil and gas.

Fenech & Akin are directors of Excel System Construction in Malta
intelligenceonline.com/international-…
Fenech business partner in Excel Systems Construction, Kor Kurt Akin, is separately a director of Mozgas Energy a UK incorporated company with directors Haydar Arda Cakmak and Mehmet Emin Karamehmet who is reported to be the 2nd wealthiest person in Turkey
…te.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/097491…
A 2015 article described Karamehmet as a Turkish mogul who wants his piece of Mozambique’s gas "He is the driving force behind a new company in Maputo, Mozgas Energy that specializes in exploring, producing and marketing oil and gas."

africaintelligence.com/oil--gas/2015/…
Erik Prince pursued a few deals in Mozambique from a joint-venture tuna deal to offering security services

There's no indication Prince's work in Mozambique links to Akin/Karamehmet 2015 business venture (these deal makers often flock to similar locales)
A recent finding from @bugdavem showed that Erik Prince's company Phalanx Holding had been pledged securities in PBM Ltd (former owner of Blackwater Ammunition) by Fenech's company Unified Global and Nicola Bandini until July 2020

More here on the charges last year against James Fenech for violating EU Libya sanctions

Fenech (like Prince) may juggle many ventures with unrelated partners, but overlap in Blackwater Ammunition w/Prince, Libya scheme to aid Haftar (per UN report Prince involved) & Fenech biz w/Turkish partners linked to Libya are worth further investigation
Note that links described above don't address the political interests of the various parties (for example, Haftar is notoriously anti-Turkish). Fenech's partners and activities may not be aligned and often financial interests are unrelated to, or diverge with political interests
