2/ For the conservatives clamoring for more mail ballot security, --this bill does just the opposite, adopting some of the worst degradations of mail ballot security and loosening of controls. (Ditching signature verification and requiring/permitting early scanning.)
3/ For those who worry about partisan control of elections, see "take over" provisions permitting St. Elections Bd. to take over counties they deem to be "low performing." See p3 of bill linked above.

4/ Bill seeks to shut down early voting places like High Museum b/c it's not a "government building."
5/ One of the most outrageous provisions is the attempt to threaten voters with a felony if they appear to glance at the giant touchscreens that other voters are using.

6/ GOP is forgetting that this can turn around on them and people can accuse lawmakers or GOP voters of felony of seeing how others vote! The provision begs for punitive use against enemies.
