2/ What’s worse is the types of “upsells” inserted into this “guidance”. Of particular note the “Communication” (aka influence campaign) that goes beyond news network broadcasting but actually suggests social infiltration to “build confidence”
3/ Here we see many of the speaking points we witnessed during the 2020 political campaigns re “reskilling” unemployed workers. (Ridiculous suggestions Such as out of work energy workers learning coding...🙄)
