1. Canada is not a polygamous country. It is illegal to be married to more than 1 spouse at a time. So, if you are married to 2 wives/husbands, only 1 can migrate with you & you must be divorced from the other.
2. If you have a girlfriend/boyfriend that you have been living with you both can claim Common Law & can apply to Canada together.
A common-law relationship exists from the day both of you can provide evidence to support that your cohabitation is a conjugal relationship.
3. Canada doesn't recognize a marriage by proxy (with the exemption of Canadian Forces members). If both of you are not physically present during your ceremony, the marriage will not stand.
For instance, 1 spouse in Canada and the other in Kenya when the ceremony took place.

In June 2020, we launched HumanSquad (a one-stop shop to connect intending immigrants to licensed & Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) in Canada) primarily to tackle the incessant increase of fraudulent “agents” outside Canada.
It was a Wordpress site with minimal functionality, but it was dope because it worked.
The team has since grown from just two Co-Founders to over 21 team members (RCICs inclusive).
