@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S.
The angels arrived at the outskirts of Lut A.S's town in the form of very handsome human beings.
They said to Lut A.S as mentioned in Qur'an,
“O Lut, indeed we are messengers of your Lord; [therefore], they will never reach you,” (Qur’an 11:80)
@Hadithoftheday Community of Lut A.S was destroyed by their land turning upside down and a rain of stones (sijjil) fell upon them.
Allah says in Qur'an:
"And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned."
(Qur'an. Ash-Shu'araa 26: Verse 173)
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S went to the city of Sodom after Ibrahim A.S had asked him to do so.
The people of Sodom were of the most immoral and insolent nature. Although they were guilty of many vices, one stands out glaringly among all the rest – homosexuality or sodomy.
@Hadithoftheday Sodomites were the first people in human history to practice homosexuality.
These people would commit perverted deeds openly in their gatherings,& they cut the access of travellers to their roadways, robbing & killing them,after perhaps first forcing them engage in unnatural acts
@Hadithoftheday It was not only some or even a majority of Lut’s A.S people who engaged in such practice; rather it was the entire population.
Allah in His Mercy, caused Lut AS to settle among them so they might perhaps be guided.
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S called them to heed Allah’s command and to worship Him alone, without associating any partner with Him. And he forbade them from their indecent practice and abhorring act. But they ignored and rejected his appeal, and continued in their erroneous unnatural acts.
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S tried to make them look at the awfulness of their perverted habits and criminal behaviours, but they didn't pay heed to his call and gave him threats.
As a result, Allah destroyed them by a severe punishment.
@Hadithoftheday The angels arrived at the outskirts of Lut A.S's town in the form of very handsome human beings.

When Lut A.S heard of the strangers, he felt distressed and wondered how he could convince them to bypass the towns of Sodom and continue on their travels. +
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S tried to make them understand the nature of the townspeople but only succeeded in convincing the messengers to wait for nightfall before entering the town. He brought them to his house secretly so that no one but his family knew that they were there. +
@Hadithoftheday However, his wife went out to inform her people, saying, “In Lut’s house there are men whose like I have never seen, nor have I ever seen such handsome faces.”
@Hadithoftheday The news of the incredibly handsome strangers visiting the city brought the townsmen to Lut A.S's house in haste, rejoicing at the prospect of the male visitors.
Lut A.S warned the people that the men were his guests and not to disgrace him in front of his guests.
@Hadithoftheday The intruders flung back at their prophet saying “indeed you know what we want!” (Qur’an 11:79)

Lut A.S cried in anguish, feeling totally powerless to save the guests to whom he had given the protection of his house.
@Hadithoftheday The guests of Lut A.S reassured him:
“O Lut, indeed we are messengers of your Lord; [therefore], they will never reach you,” (Qur’an 11:80).
@Hadithoftheday The last words suggest that the attackers intended to eliminate Lut A.S to get at his guests. But as they men approached in the heat of their unnatural lust, or perhaps tried to force their way in, the angels took away their sight. (Qur’an 54:37; 15:72)
@Hadithoftheday The angels said to Lut A.S,

So set out with your family during a portion of the night and let not any among you look back - except your wife; indeed, she will be struck by that which strikes them. Indeed, their appointment is [for] the morning. Is not the morning near?" (11:81)
@Hadithoftheday Then it was early dawn, Lut A.S departed with his family, except his wife. She remained behind and was afflicted by the punishment along with the wrong doers and wicked townspeople. (Qur’an 54:34)
@Hadithoftheday Allah says in Qur'an:
The people of Lut rejected (his) warning. We sent against them a violent Tornado with showers of stones, except Lut's household:
And (Lut) did warn them of Our Punishment, but they disputed about the Warning. (Surat al-Qamar:, 33-36)
@Hadithoftheday Allah says in Qur'an:
Then it was early dawn, Lut AS departed with his family, except his wife. She remained behind and was afflicted by the punishment along with the wrong doers and wicked townspeople. (Qur’an 54:34)

@Hadithoftheday Protection of Allah Against Satan (Shaytan).
Allah says in Qur'an:
"So when you recite the Qur'an, seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy]."
(Qur'an. An-Nahl 16: Verse 98)
@Hadithoftheday One should seek refuge with Allah from Satan. It is because that Satan is expelled from the mercy of Allah and is an enemy to humans as Allah says in Qur'an:
"Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy." (Surah Fatir: 6).
@Hadithoftheday Satan aspires to avert one away from the straight path of Allah, so one should treat him as an enemy and protect himself/herself from him by obeying Allah and seeking refuge with Him.

Narrated Abi Hurayrah R.A, The Prophet ﷺ said, "Once while Ayoub A.S was taking a bath in a naked state. Suddenly a great number of gold locusts started falling upon him and he started collecting them in his clothes.+
@Hadithoftheday His Lord called him, 'O Ayoub! Didn't I make you rich enough to dispense with what you see now? ' Ayoub A.S said, 'Yes, O Lord! But I cannot dispense with Your Blessings.' ( Sahih Bukhari - 7493)

@Hadithoftheday Bani Israel.
Bani Israel was the most impertinent, cowardly and troublesome race. That is why prophet after prophet was sent to their communities, to rectify their disbelieving ways.
@Hadithoftheday Some of the Prophets from Bani Israel were:
1. Yaqoob A.S
2. Yusuf A.S
3. Musa A.S
4. Dawood A.S
5. Sulayman A.S
6. Isa A.S.
The Banu Israel are mentioned so often in the Qur'an.
@Hadithoftheday The Banu Israel are called by this name because Israel was another name for Yaqub A.S,& from his twelve children came the twelve tribes that constituted Banu Israel. After Yusuf A.S became the minister of Egypt, they migrated there.

Thus origin of Banu Israel startes from Egypt
