At Herbert Park anti-lockdown demo in Dublin 4 now.

Far more people than the one at the Spire. Reckon there are around 200 here.

Currently singing underway.

Plenty of people saying there’s no evidence for lockdowns. A fairly typical sign here.

Numbers have swelled now - looks like about 300-400 here.

Some gardai around, but staying a bit back for the min - seem happy just to leave things.

Man speaking who was arrested at the O’Connell St demonstration earlier.

Says that Covid vaccines are fake and could genetically modify people.

“There will be a genetically modified human, like Monsanto corn, if you let that shit inside of you”

Dolores Cahill just spoke to the crowd warning about face masks.

Said children’s “IQ won’t be as high because of the lack of oxygen”.

“Oxygen deprived people are easier to manipulate.”

Worth saying many people had less extreme views.

One man I spoke to said he was there due to mental health concerns.

Another woman from Russia said she was against lockdown as she hadn’t seen her mother in over a year.

A lot more gardai have arrived in the last few mins, and Garda helicopter is overhead.

Haven’t moved anyone along yet though, and not taking any names yet either.

Demonstration has been completely peaceful so far.

Crowd is dispersing now of its own accord - lots of gardai here but don’t seem to be taking people’s details.

But that’s it anyway - protest has wrapped up.
