Yep, I have some old stuff, I’ll just post that here.
I have folders to review again. Thanks for the reminder.
Adding to this THREAD as I find the counties and Blackwater.

Camden County, 2008. AK47’s - BLACKWATER financed the buy - KEYWORD
Maj Jon Worthington worked as a firearms instructor with Blackwater then moved to Sheriff’s Department .
“Sheriff: they have never used AK-47’s outside of shooting ranges and no deputies qualified to use”. 2/
Of course, they signed an agreement with an old friend - a “good corporate citizen”.
The beginning of the end for so many lives.....
2001 - Blackwater begins training in NC 3/
Blackwater trains LE in Chicago. Sets up primary training location in NC for LE

Blackwater is answering the need - almost like 9/11 happened for a reason....domestic terrorism that is homegrown...... 5/
New facility in Mt. Carroll IL scares residents 6/
Who is Gary Jackson?
Continuing the thread later. 7/
There is buckets of information about when this began. I’m sure others like @GreggSmithCO3 are probably more familiar with this but it feels like 9/11 was the catalyst and for a reason.
Here’s more to read on that.
Blackwater opened centers worldwide over time. To ensure they trained military and LE on how they do it.
They came from around the world. 9/
I’m tired, will add more later.
By 2011, Blackwater was the largest contractor training Law Enforcement in the U.S. They had crept into counties and states and Mt. Carroll, IL facility was 80 acres in size.
Blackwater North
And this snippet from a good article I’ll post below about PMSC’s and they were routinely used by Homeland Security to guard the border in Texas and other areas. 12/
It was part of a long strategy by Prince and the founders along with Republicans after 9/11 and over the years it became a nuisance to many, but the long game began for Blackwater to train and militarize Law Enforcement in the U.S.

So to the point @LincolnsBible made at the very top? It’s hard to find the specific departments, however, but it’s clear they found ways to motivate PD and Sheriff offices to use their facilities as part of the training. 16/
With 5 LE training facilities in IL alone, their Blackwater North facility moved many LE through their doors.
Jo Daviess County Sheriff admits he sent officers there.
Locally? It was good for business. 17/
By 2014, it had changed hands (probably not too far from the last hands) and became The Site.
It’s also important to note that Blackwater North State School opened during this time as well.

This is one of the worst Long Term plans I’ve seen so far from USPS.
They have a product everyone uses, services everyone wants, strength in partnerships/contracts with pharmacies, trucking etc.
When you have a strong product you improve it, not take away from it. 1/
1. You don’t slow down the most important service it has, you improve the efficiency of how it’s delivered. You better the product. 2. You don’t take away the very thing (hours/employees) that make the product good, you provide more efficiencies and organization 2/
3. You don’t take away shorter (and yes, more pollution) trips to deliver those goods on time, you determine better ways to get that done. 4. You don’t increase trucks (unless you used to own a company that has lots of them) you organize and prioritize shipments better. 3/
First, there’s a website I like to look at every month. It updates it’s cryptic comments and they are always lovely. Today, I looked at this:
This reveal reminded me of something we did and how connected everything is. 2/
KEY SENTENCE
“They have no fear about threatening the lives of people because they have a huge network of people from within their mafia benefactors to kill anyone in their way. It is the largest monopoly in the world by far and it isn't even close.”
