2 This is one of 3 threads-starting with POLITICAL COVER UP. The LIES told about me to pull off this SECRET & convince ppl it is genuine/deserved is CRIMINAL. FALSE claims/rumours re’ mental health-a weapon to suppress the truth. After reading you decide WHO is telling the truth

3 The most recent “incident” could potentially affect all of us. My electronic BP reading deleted, page printed off, BP reading handwritten, original page destroyed, paper copy uploaded to replace original. Computer didn’t remember my LIFE THREATENING condition - BP 214/108!

4. This happened Jan 2020-Dr NEVER told me -Jan 2021 felt unwell, went to A&E-admitted with HEART FAILURE-BP 221/122. Requested my notes-compared BP-discovered-in 2020 BP reading was 214/108 & HIDDEN! I will write in full on thread 3 but 1st pls read more of my ABUSIVE story.

5 Last Thurs I emailed @NicolaSturgeon @ChrisStephens @HumzaYousaf to alert them I was submitting a complaint to the NHS - subject line was HEART FAILURE AFTER MEDICAL RECORDS ALTERED. Friday I submitted my complaint and copied in all ➕@JeaneF1MSP

6 I have only rcvd 1 reply-16th @12:34 @ChrisStephens my MP. No other replies. @HumzaYousaf is my MSP They both know me as I have attended their surgeries. I first met Humza 9/12/2016 after the DWP wrongly accused me of being overpaid by 6.5k but would not give me an explanation

7 I attended his surgery (Pearce Institute, Govan) with copies of my p/work. He was sharing the hall with @ChrisStephens This wasn’t the only false allegation & tried to tell him. I became upset he offered me tissues & promised to contact the DWP. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN

8 After the surgery I emailed him more docs on16/12/16 @ 14:19 Later his office DENIED he ever met me Where did all my p/work & email go? DP BREACH However, once he was out canvassing &recognised me-said hello & referenced something discussed at the surgery. Proof he had met me

9 Another false allegation made in mid 2017-I had taken the “give them enough rope approach” but this made me stand up again. I wrote back to the DWP-replies were an insult-prevarication & obfuscation but I did manage to get 6.5k reduced to 1.7k – but this was still wrong.

10 Late 2017 I returned to a surgery, this time seeing @ChrisStephens -joint surgery Humza “was busy”. Explained Humza/DWP & false allegations-Tried to explain this was a witch hunt -UNAWARE he was in on the secret joke –HOW/WHY has he covered up all the abuse I have suffered?

11 He did write to the DWP (quoting wrong NI number)-it was never resolved satisfactorily & ended up paying the 1.7k despite @ChrisStephens being a member of the DWP Cmte at WM. The false allegation made in mid 2017 triggered me to issue SARs to those who held personal info on me

12 I was SHOCKED-the malicious & defamatory allegations re’ my mental health. Seemed everybody had an opinion, inc the Housing Assoc & dentist! It was as if I had a starring role in “One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest”. Challenging them, it was either denied/ignored or “no notes”

13 An example - If it wasn't so serious- would be laughable. I asked the organisation responsible, for proof of what they wrote. 1st request ignored, 2nd request-"some of the staff have now left". My GP, said "IF IT'S NOT WRITTEN DOWN IT NEVER HAPPENED" Which is 100% correct.

14 I was treated for depression 2010-12 & last appt for this was 10th Sept 2012-paper trail evidence. After moving to Glasgow (read pinned tweet) my business had failed-Financial Services. I castigated myself at the time but I now know it was sabotage-to cause financial hardship

15 I was aware “something” wasn’t right since 2012 but UNAWARE of a smear campaign. It was so vitriolic on reading-an obvious undercurrent of HATE. I had this feeling of DEJA VU my head did mental aerobics BECAUSE in the ‘90s I had suffered a GREAT INJUSTICE based on similar LIES

16 The injustice was known in legal circles. One of the organisations supporting me had contact with the media-resulting in Ch 4 Cutting Edge making a documentary with me. Shortly before broadcast, an INTERDICT was issued claiming sub judice. It wasn’t-THE TRUTH/ME WAS GAGGED!

17 Back then I had no idea who was the HATERS-all I knew-they wielded ENORMOUS INFLUENCE. Now I am more savvy & knew wherever the abuse/lies appeared to be coming from-you were not the instigators IT WAS THE PAST COME BACK TO HAUNT ME-worse-as I had nobody to defend me this time

18 Why would a HA claim I said I had received an invitation from the Queen? Why would an MSP not fight my corner with the DWP? My GP has recorded in my notes on 26/4/2018 she witnessed a report from an NHS agency stating wrong (malicious) information-why didn’t she report them?

19 In 2018 I was continually firefighting & also going between my GP & MP trying to get help to put an end to this witch hunt. Then after obtaining a copy of my GP notes I discovered what was being discussed at consultations did not reflect what was being recorded.

20 Some of the comments were completely untrue others were offensive and discrediting. This is an example and probably the tamest one. Why would a GP take time out of her busy day to write something that had NO clinical relevance? What was her agenda?

21 During the 5 yrs I was registered with the practice I saw various GP’s-but reading the comments they could have been written by the same person– the same tone & lacking in empathy. This led me to believe as incredulous as it sounds, GP’s were being influenced by what to write.

22 The only way I could prove this was to obtain a copy of the audit trail from my GP records. This provides irrefutable evidence of the time entries & changes are made - records should be contemporaneous. I felt mine would not match the time of consultation

23 I met with my GP on 8th Aug 2018 to discuss this. She 1st told me to call EMIS the software provider. I felt that wasn’t the correct route, she promised to investigate and contact me. I had no response by the 22nd, I wrote a letter delivering it by hand to the surgery.

24 When I attended the surgery I asked for a copy of the complaints procedure. The receptionist went to the Practice Manager’s office & left me standing for more than 20 mins. I then knocked on the same door, someone called out- I entered & invited to sit down-I left amicably.

25 Rcvd a swift response, letter on 25th informing me I was being REMOVED from the patient list. The reasons they gave, the GP had to ask me to leave on 2nd, the way I spoke to reception staff, entering the PM office without invitation. That is not my memory. PART 2 JUST COMING.
