PART 2- I submitted NHS complaints after what I had discovered in notes & letters- & was keeping @ChrisStephens informed of all that was happening with my GP & the NHS. Complaints closed down by claiming out of time or dismissed (silence me). MP knew this but NEVER intervened.

2 On the 1st September I attended his surgery & he agreed to write to my GP to request a copy of the audit trail. I also stated I believe I was struck off as my GP was uncomfortable with all the DECEPTION. I also shared with him who I thought was responsible for this witch hunt.

3 By this time I was certain it was all about WHO I WAS I am adopted but never gained access to my Court Adoption papers until 2018. Nothing my adopted parents had been told appeared in the papers. On investigation no trace of me & no trace of biological mother.

4 I had this info b4 I was struck off & shared it with GP & MP. I also shared “the injustice” with my MP. Can’t reveal here, sorry–at the time-nobody could understand the draconian measures meted out = the injustice-but me being an UNKNOWN things became clearer. THIS IS THE CLUE.

5 On 11th Oct I phoned the constituency office as to the progress of obtaining the audit trail. I was told-no response & they would follow this up. In Nov another 2 “dirty tricks” played-this & the audit trail prompted me to attend a surgery on 23rd Nov. I WAS DESPERATE FOR HELP

6 I had also sent a couple of emails to MP-did not rcv an automatic reply. I suspected my emails were intercepted & took copies with me. I was last to be seen around 3pm. I offered my papers to MP-the aide said “we already have them”-really? -I hadn’t explained what they were!

7 I asked about the audit trail-aide replied-STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE. I started to explain 2 dirty tricks-aide suddenly showed phone to MP-MP said to me sorry I have a meeting at 3.30-aide said NO now it is 3:15. “intel” tells me a WhatsApp group EXISTS FOR ME! PRIVACY!?

8 Mid-2018, I issued SARs to MSP/MP-My PIP had been stopped- MP was to deal with this-he didn’t & claiming thot it was resolved. I wanted to see why he thot that –NO PROOF! I also wanted to see if Humza had recorded DWP 6.5k-NOTHING.*DELIBERATE No action to keep me in poverty

9 As I was trying to discuss with MP the aide kept interrupting- then-suddenly from nowhere the aide said “YOU HAVE ALREADY CAUSED OUR OFFICE A LOT OF WORK WITH SARs” Nobody had even mentioned SARs!-where did this come from? My feelings-Coerced into saying this & NOT by MP

10 The aide must have read my face-as they added-“EVEN IF IT WAS YOUR RIGHT”- but they didn’t stop there. They pointed to my papers “WE DON’T DEAL WITH THIS! OUR OFFICE IS TOO BUSY HELPING PEOPLE WITH NO FOOD/MONEY TO HELP YOU” stood up and walked out. *Now a List candidate SP21!

11 I was speechless, I had looked towards the MP during the “RANT” hoping he might intervene–no such luck. He stood up and followed the person out, leaving me sat alone in the Community Hall. Bearing in mind I had an active case-GP audit trail- I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN

12 Fast forward, A N Other made “friends” with me thru her work. I had swelling/discomfort under L breast-but no GP. In Sept 2019 she suggested I return to see MP, resolve audit trail & register with a GP-said she’d drive me to surgery. Again, MP told me thot matter was resolved

13 MP listened, I thot-the normal lip service. However, I rcvd an email in 18th Oct ’19 inc was a copy of letter he sent to GP in Sept ’18 & a“reply” *I NEVER rcvd a copy of the letter in ‘18 when claimed to be sent. Remember Nov ‘18 surgery was told- STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE

14 MP also inc letter he had sent that day to GP. He ended the email with “I hope you considered my advice out of concern to see an out of hours doctor at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This advice was giving only out of concern for your health”.

15 Email from MP 28TH Oct - “Apologies for the typo in previous correspondences” – *part of the “secret joke”. Email stated GP was requesting a letter of authority. I am assuming my previous one was only considered valid for 12 mths. Next day a GE was announced for 12 Dec 2019

16 No Gntee MP would be re-elected -also unhappy with errors & LAO. He was re-elected, but I had no contact with him & went to A&E on 8th Jan ‘20. A N Other contacted me 6th Jan after a long gap & offered to take me 8th Jan. I had asked her if she could see swelling, she said yes

17 Dr found no problems- A N Other agreed with Dr no swelling! said yes b4-Both agreed L breast swollen hanging over bra. Dr said-it is late & everywhere closed-register with GP-they can refer you. Offered blood tests-I said no Ty-no GP for results 2b sent to.

18 I said to A N Other then-Dr has been chosen 4 me. A N Other was aware of all my probs-but said she knew nothing. IMO-She was put in place for 1 purpose to give me a FALSE SENSE of SECURITY. “intel” tells me conspirators have protection-she might be singing like a canary soon

19 Then Covid arrived, NHS overwhelmed & Dr’s surgeries became no go areas. I haven’t mentioned much about the Police except see my pinned tweet-but some are in this up to their necks-b4 Glasgow no contact with Police. I had been a volunteer in Reading Prison &Victim Support.

20 July 20th 2020, when I was OUT a smoke detector was fitted by the HA-this was the 2nd time they entered without permission. 1st time-rather than address my complaint, they secretly wrote to my GP, claiming absurdities re’ Queen & Churchill – but-FORGOT to mention my complaint!

21 “intel” said it was the secret joke, so when I complained they would tell me I was CONFUSED. I complained, they denied having duplicate keys-“intel” they have keys! 3rd Aug I made an immediate decision to call the Police. *I know my phone and internet are hacked.

22. Those doing the surveillance wouldn’t have expected me to call the Police-(explain later) 1st call-cut off-(to allow them time to warn Police I was phoning) Remember, I have lived this abuse for years & know every dirty trick they play. A couple of redials b4 connecting.

23 I explained to the call handler-my property had been entered without permission. She then said she was putting me on hold !? She was gone for what felt like 10 mins & returned to tell me IT WAS NOT A POLICE MATTER! It is obvious she was called off the phone to tell me this.

24 When I write “intel” I mean whistleblowers told me of the “secret”. I feel there are various versions-depending on yr status. I have been jeered at “you’ve not a F’in clue what’s going on”-spat on-windows broken-dog poo on d/step-walls chalked-and POLITICIANS REMAIN SILENT

25 Nothing will change my mind-Humza is Justice Sec ‘cause I’m “dumped” here-how can he believe in HUMAN RIGHTS?&ALL PPL TREATED EQUALLY?-when this is happening to me. Was I the 1st person to be CANCELLED? Next thread later 2day-HEART FAILURE-medical records altered-naming hosp’
