I am thinking about #digitalidentity and how your personal data is required and used by official and commercial systems

Basic data protection requires it be accurate, reliable and purposeful.

So if they record my sex it shouldn't then be mixed up in a category that's not sex
Current systems which mix up sex and self identified gender cause all kinds of risks and problems, which get worse with interoperability
What would good ID look like in relation to sex?

Are these 5 system characteristics adequate?

Cat from Gires tells @BBradley_Mans that it is not against the law for male people to use women's toilets.

If a woman makes a fuss it is possibly a crime. Breach of the peace.

Shocking misrepresentation. Lack of any respect for women
Cat talks about "inappropriate puberty"
Now they are getting "did the government ask the right questions" ?

I don't remember any of the gender critical speakers getting this question

Cat Burton from GIRES at @Commonswomequ says had to send every scrap of paper from the past 2 years. And that the panel don't give feedback.

Panel say 5 or 6 pieces of documentation over two years

Misogyny as a Hate Crime

The policy is focused on street harassment and the nighttime economy

- they say women are harassed because of their "gender" but they mean sex

Its not because of their clothing or the size of their breasts

The gutting of the women's sector in two tweets.

There are staff & trustees all over the sector too scared to speak up up

Sam Smethers could have given them protection while at Fawcett.

Meanwhile the leadership of established orgs self-flagelate over "white tears"
How hard would it have been for these established organisations to have put together a "Development Emergencies Committee" style website for individual donations (they wouldn't even need a common pot, just a menu would have done it), but they wer busy apologising ...
Leaving the field open for an ungoverned fund to jump in.

Back in September I made a complaint to the Parliamentary Commissioner of Standards about Crispin Blunt and the @APPGLGBT
When a parliamentary complaint is taken up you are sent a very stern letter saying you cant talk about it till the outcome comes out

The evidence & outcome was published in late February - the complaint was upheld: it was seen as inadvertent mistake
