A suspect has been arrested. 
The guy livestreaming the shooting just told police his name is "Dean Fuck-off" after they chased him away from the active crime scene.
There's dozens of police vehicles and the guy continues to argue with cops telling him to leave.
Getting some strong Randy Marsh vibes from this guy.
He's giving the footage to the news media to use and the chat is calling him a "sell out" for doing it. Sigh.
Now the chat doxed him and is calling him a Jew. He should've ended the stream.

An eyewitness says that the shooting started at the area where people were getting vaccines.

The police scanner suggests there are negotiators en route to deal with a suspect.
Unclear if the suspect is in the building or somewhere else.
