Gifted people fight a battle, many of them waste their lives doing a little of everything because they can literally do almost anything.
Some of them allow life to kick them around, they keep trying their hands at stuff, other people who may not be so gifted know exactly what they can and can not do, so they do not even waste time trying.
Their gift becomes a curse, now in their late 20s or 30s without a roadmap for their lives, they have tried their hands at almost everything.

One issue they face is committing to one singular path.
Commit EARLY, try and fail EARLY, you'll come across one particular endeavour that makes you come alive and not just a fleeting desire.

Find a way to make that endeavour profitable.

Goodluck and may good fortune shine on you as we navigate life together

I didn't want to do this, but after careful thought, I decided this is the best way forward.

We raise money publicly and it's best you know about this.

You remember the guy we got a prosthetic leg for asides Jane during the #EndSARS protests?

I got a call from a lawyer
Stating that he represents him and he claims that he had neither received the leg or money but we had gone ahead to publish that he had gotten the leg and the total sum of 217,000 naira to help him kick-start his life.

Naturally, this came as a shock to me
I called Bayo who helped me source and assembled this leg for him FREE OF CHARGE to please confirm, as I currently have videos on my phone of this same person doing gait training with the same prosthetic leg.

He confirmed that the beneficiary passed his gait training.

There's nothing like a "toilet infection"

It's a misnomer for a group of conditions referred to as vaginitis, which result in itching, vaginal discharge.

Now there are 3 main causes

Bacterial Vaginosis
Candidiasis
Trichomoniasis

NONE of them are gotten from the toilet

Thread
Some will swear it started right after they used a public toilet but it usually starts long before that "toilet" is used and can be attributed to the vaginal practices of the owner. I just saw someone advocating for toothpaste to be used

Now this is how it goes down:
Your vagina has bacteria living in it already, let's call it good bacteria, known as lactobacilli, that's what makes the vagina acidic, and acidic is good. At least for the vagina.

As long as these guys are in charge, you are in the clear at least.

Staphylococcus is NOT a sexually transmitted disease.

Staphylococcus is NOT a sexually transmitted disease.
Staphylococcus Aureus, a very common type of this bacteria is found almost everywhere!

And I mean everywhere!

They are normal tenants in your nose, throat, skin and even in your intestines.

You can also find them on phones, door knobs, remotes, elevator buttons
But quacks around have led people to believe that "Staf Erus" is an STD, and that it can cause infertility and I've seen personally some relationships break up because one party believes the other gave them Staphylococcus!

This is a lie!

Apparently, before now, there were plans to purchase 1 million vaccines to arrive next week into Nigeria, but there was a deadline and it was about to elapse.

BUA Group took it upon themselves and paid 1.3 billion naira for the vaccines and some people are not happy
Rather than give support and help us save the lives of Nigerians, it looks like the major worry is who is getting the accolades for getting these vaccines, rather than the lives that will be saved by this.

We are in the middle of a pandemic
BUA Group has paid for the vaccines, you were aware of this as a group and did not take initiative. Now it was paid for and the best option was to disown the payment? Why?

Seems like politics to me abeg and this is not the time for it, not when Nigerians are literally dying.

In 2015, I had just left medical school and gotten internship placement, it was the time for me to learn more skills and improve my practice.

Some cases you see change your life

I'll never forget this lady that came in with a swollen right leg, she had lost so much weight.
We asked questions, did our investigations and found out that she had cervical cancer, it broke our hearts. It had started spreading to other organs in her body and usually, at this point, her chances were looking bad.

She showed her previous photos, was so full of life
We talked a lot before she died, sometimes, when I wasn't on duty, I would go see her and spend the day by her bedside, talked about her dreams, her passions, she loved to design.

I noticed people usually have clearer visions towards the end of life

When you have a headache or body aches and you go to the pharmacy near you and ask for paracetamol, do you insist on a type or take what they give you?
I have a habit where I insist on M&B, “The Red One”.
My father was a chemist in his days and I grew up trusting them. I still do
When it comes to medications that you can get over the counter, I have noticed some people trust some brands over others, even when they contain the same thing, a pharmacist asked me this when I insisted on “The Red One”, My trusted brand.
When it comes to over the counter medications, you have to take responsibility for what you take, follow the instructions properly or the directions of your doctor or pharmacist. Don’t take it the way your neighbor asked you to, it might have side effects
