An optimistic concept that mercenary groups are subject to laws. An idea that has bled into politics. Unless laws are actually enforced, there are no laws. lawfareblog.com/what-laws-cons…
Like America's ultimate mercenary, enforcement of for profit groups might come down to "Hey....did you pay your taxes?" vanityfair.com/news/2021/03/d…
The last four years have seen bizarre and rogue mercenary operations conducted by players who keep assets off shore and use proxies to hide their financial involvement. theintercept.com/2020/04/13/eri…
Some of these crimes were conducted in plain sight and then later hampered, slowed down or frozen by William Barr. Yes, Trump's top law enforcement officer may have been a crook. nytimes.com/2020/09/17/us/…
The amount of repair and damage control currently conducted by the Biden administration is vast. Much of it being done quietly and quickly as four years of fuckery, criminality and vandalism are unwound. Now we wait to see where and when the first hard knock occurs.
Even the "Abraham Accords" were a mercenary operation. Slush funds controlled by Jared Kushner went to a who's who of rogue operators and killers. The UAE and Saudi Arabia bought our foreign policy. Israel continues to try to drag us into war with Iran. Africa is being attacked.
I am not sure if we will ever discover how much deceitful work was done by Pompeo, Kushner and the band of gollum-like idiots that surrounded Trump. We just know that when the indictments start, America will need to figure out how to keep criminals from running this country.
If we view Trump as a mercenary who rented out our troops, reduced our military footprint to trigger hiring proxies, sold weapons to dictators and used Kushner as his bagman we can now focus on where his money is. We now know Kushner spent $1.2B of Gulf money on unrelated items.
We know Trump's crew included Manafort, Bannon, Prince, Broidy, Nader, Rudy and many others ran amuck in countries known for money laundering and criminality. We know that Trump is transactional. So where is the money? Who are his proxies? This is the way to stop criminals.
Without evidence, we still know a broke ass casino carney hired a criminal gang to make money as fast as they could and two criminal families obliged them if they would just let them take out their enemies. It was actually the very first foreign trip that Trump took. #GitDatCash
With evidence provided by law enforcement we have seen clear evidence that election fund raising, quid pro quo deals, foreign bagmen, social media hustles and fake outrage scams fueled the Trumpsters. He tried to pardon them but prosecutors want justice. huffpost.com/entry/steven-b…
A vast scope of criminality was uncovered by Mueller..until Barr shut him down. This summer Biden American should appoint a special prosecutor to unravel how much money Kushner and others hid for Trump and what other criminal acts were conducted. vox.com/2019/4/19/1848…
The only similar event (and much simpler) was perhaps Iran Contra. The President circumventing the government to conduct foreign policy. At least Reagan had a noble concept as his goal. Trump and his crew just wanted money. brown.edu/Research/Under…

Rangers? as in Roger's Rangers? ft.com/content/37611d…
The Rangers fought alongside indigenous troops and attacked the French in the colonial days. Ergo the crossed arrows of today's SF. But American's Rangers leave it to the Green Berets to do rangering. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogers%27…
Colonial, local or mercenary officers leading sepoys or local troops was not new but any book on Robert Roger's and his Rangers is worth a read. goodreads.com/book/show/6439…

Don’t forget to stock up on your “Clandestine” Blackwater patches. codyenterprise.com/news/local/art…
Money quote: “There is so much irony here. Blackwater is owned by the Prince family, who is from Michigan. i wonder if the newcomers in this article realize that they are telling others how "our Wyoming" is. I had one invite me to leave if I didn't like it. He's been here a year.
Will there be a directors cut screening of “Heaven’s Gate”?

Here is the old Carbyne Crew with Eric Banoun on Wayback. Banoun is famous as a broker in the spy com business. He has been mentioned in reports on hackcos like Circles, NSO, Verint, etc etc. Now he is in biz with Erik Prince. #WhatCouldPossiblyGoWrong? vice.com/en/article/ep4…
FYI Erik Prince is still Waldo. He was last pinged just before IDEX. He missed an important meeting. Now money to "fix stuff" is falling from the skies. Some from brokeass banker who was about to be double tapped for an arms deal gone wrong. Some went to a kill team in Moz.

Peter Theil's Clearview is back in the news but this is worth rereading. Chuck C. Johnson doesn't get that many media mentions. huffpost.com/entry/clearvie…
It's clear from his latest lawsuit that the diverse thinking Johnson is not a racist, believes in the holocaust, dropped the "C", lived in Texas and has a non white child... well because his wife is Asian. jnswire.s3.amazonaws.com/jns-media/a2/6…
and then Rudy pops up repped by the same lawyer.

So the takeaway of this article is that if you you watch Heavens Gate on fast forward or in slo mo, the ponderous fictional plot might make sense but it's still a terrible movie made by a terrible person. So it's still a masterpiece because...Hollywood. film.avclub.com/one-of-hollywo…

Fazil is a backwoods butcher who ran the Talib army up north. He murdered Hazara, burning some alive in their locked shops. I remember the feet still in the running shoes and the blackened bones sticking out. I would imagine there is still some bad blood. tolonews.com/afghanistan-17…
In 2001 under Fazil, Razak and other commanders, the talibs did three false surrenders including the famous Qali Jangi disaster. They have not been near Afghanistan since them. Its a mystery why they are negotiating on behalf of people they have never met. dangerousmagazine.com/2018/01/20/gen…
