3/ Airbnb rental management is simple; managing Airbnb properties for landlords.
Ex:
• Landlord owns a vacation rental
• They list it on Craigslist and try to lease it for weeks or months at a time
• Earning potential on Airbnb > monthly rental

1. Go to Craigslist and look for furnished properties in high-value areas
2. Go to Airbnb and compare the asking rents for similar properties
3. Create a month to month cash flow projection model
4. Can you make the landlord more $$$?
