Acharya Mantung has composed a hymn of praise to the first Jina, who is specified at the beginning.
However, the hymn pays more attention to the general attributes of the Jina concept than to the individual qualities of Ṛṣabhanātha or Lord Ṛṣabha, the first Jina.

The Universe is made up of six simple and eternal substances called Dravya which are broadly categorized under Jiva (Living Substances) and Ajiva (Non Living Substances) as follows @truejainology 1/6
1. Jīva (Souls) – Jīva exists as a reality, having a separate existence from the body that houses it.
It is characterised by Chetana (consciousness) & Upayoga (knowledge/perception).
Though the soul experiences both birth & death, it is neither really destroyed nor created

2. Pudgala (Matter) – Matter is classified as solid, liquid, gaseous, energy, fine Karmic materials and extra-fine matter i.e. ultimate particles.
Paramāṇu or ultimate particle is the basic building block of all matter. The Paramāṇu/Pudgala are permanent &indestructible.

If the world did not purchase and consume meat, no one would slaughter and offer meat for sale.
The food choices are based on the value of Ahimsa/non-violence, which means preferring food that inflicts the least amount of violence. 1/6 @truejainology
The Jain cuisine is completely lacto vegetarian and also excludes underground vegetables such as potato/garlic/onion etc, to prevent injuring small insects & microorganisms; & also to prevent the entire plant getting uprooted & killed. It is practised by ascetics & lay Jains

Jains make considerable efforts not to injure plants in everyday life as far as possible. Jains only accept such violence in as much as it is indispensable for human survival, and there are special instructions for preventing unnecessary violence against plants.

Tired of invasions and left out of his throne, King Jaisal started the hunt for new capital. He found a monk on a plateau who told him of the forecast that the plateau will be the site of the capital of the future. But, it will also be a site for 2 1/2 Jowhars.
