But there are also more mainstream conservatives sharing this story including from outlets like the Daily Caller and GOP operatives. In some cases, they're cooying videos taken directly from the far right explicitly racist voices including popular Gab and Telegram accounts.
Anyone who truly though Anwar's life mattered, would not use his death to make straw man arguments in some unrelated political argument.
You're right I am making this up and no one is using this man's tragic death to push racist narratives.
Tweeting about this - without even @'ing anyone made my mentions an instant dumpster fire including with accounts like the one I highlighted above. 13 followers. No real name.
There is clearly an inorganic element driving some of these far right narratives - but that's the thing - the slightly more mainstream outlets and political operatives happily work in conjunction with that.
And then stuff like this happens. Not necessarily inorganic, but just vile. But again, some more mainstream conservatives are part of these conversations that include people just below the surface being explicitly racist and making violent threats.
Just totally organic, normal Twitter activity around this case.
If you want a perfect example of someone who has had a more mainstream platform and gladly participates in stoking more far right narratives and crowds of trolls look no further than Siraj! Hi Siraj!
What he'll do is try to extend a pileon here that is half filled with folks straight out of Gab being explicitly racist but probably not actually comment on the issue itself. But its just a cute, funny Twitter "list" right?

Some news this morning! I am writing about with my good friend @nycsouthpaw about the rise of the New American Left and its future. We are both incredibly excited to get started and hope it's something you'll all want to read.
This is a time of seismic shifts in our politics. While the turmoil on the right has been exhaustively chronicled there are also transformational forces shaping the left and their story has yet to be fully told. We can't wait to share it with you.
I am incredibly grateful to our rockstar agent @ameliaatlas, our publisher @wwnorton, and the many people who have shared their stories with us. I also could not have done this without the support of my family and my partner in crime @nycsouthpaw.
Firstly, it's not good to muddle solo news conferences and joint pressers with foreign leaders. They're very different — including in the amount of questions and how they're asked. I have basically written a whole article on this point. yahoo.com/news/president…
And as you can see in my article, after his initial solo press conference, Trump proceeded to avoid press conferences for a record stretch. That's not even mentioned in this WaPo piece, which is a pretty glaring omission.
Democrats I spoke to are concerned McConnell wants to limit a 1/6 commission to a review of security failures because he's "concerned with shielding his members" from scrutiny about their conduct that day. yahoo.com/news/matt-gaet…
There have been some links between GOP House members and 1/6 organizers. "Stop The Steal" rally leader Ali Alexander claimed Mo Brooks, Andy Biggs, and Paul Gosar helped him plan events that day. I got this statement from Brooks' office when I asked about that.
Ali Alexander's January 6 "Wild Protest" site listed multiple GOP House members as invited speakers including Gosar. Then this week, Gosar's chief of staff @VanFlein was hanging with Ali - who's reportedly in hiding - on Clubhouse. They didn't respond to my questions about this
Here's one of my clips. This guy tried to get people to go to CNN and MSNBC's offices. "Listen up ... FYI Kayleigh McEnany just tweeted at the discretion of Trump. The National Guard will be coming to clear us ... We need to go take down MSNBC, CNN ... they started the fire"
Here's another one of my clips. At the end you can see a guy grab a bullhorn and announcing "Donald Trump has just tweeted please stay peaceful." At least some in the crowd were clearly taking cues from the president and, as we know, his first message was "fight like hell."
I see a lot of people bashing Zeke's question but the president's decision to travel absolutely leads to more exposure for people traveling with him and in Delaware.
