1
WHY OMNICHANNEL?

Single-channel campaigns will always be LESS effective than OMNICHANNEL...

Omnichannel demonstrates:

>> You're serious
>> You're determined
>> You're professional
>> You're enthusiastic
>> You're bringing HUGE value to your prospect

2
THE 3 KEY STEPS IN ANY OMNICHANNEL CAMPAIGN

Omnichannel can include 100s of different types of follow-up...

You've heard about @NickAbraham12's 'viral' brick method and insane-value course...

Bang for buck however, here are your ALL-TIME TOP 3 OMNICHANNEL workhorses...

3
@NickAbraham12 DATA

FIRST you need MULTIPLE data points like:

>> email (validated)
>> linkedin profile URL (not company page)
>> phone (mobile, direct-dial, office)

I get my data from Apollo.io

Mobiles are expensive so I don't normally get these but its great if you can.

4
@NickAbraham12 #1 COLD EMAIL

Serious business people are on their email ALL the time...

So email HAS to be a key part of any serious OMNICHANNEL outreach.

You don't need me to tell you how to cold email when @blackhatwizardd has produced the definitive course...

BUT...

5
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd #1 COLD EMAIL

With OMNICHANNEL you want to CONNECT your cold email with your other outreach.

I cold email FIRST as people always check email

The goal of email 1 is more to get attention than replies

...as the FOLLOW-UP steps will combine to MULTIPLY response rates.

6
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd #2 LINKEDIN OUTREACH

LinkedIn is powerful because it HUMANIZES you as 1 person connecting to another in a way cold email NEVER can...

When you combine BOTH in a 1-2 move, the effect is like a Mike Tyson hook to your prospect's resistance.

But we've not finished yet...

7
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd LINKEDIN CONNECTION REQUESTS

You have 2 options here

Option 1 is Full God-Level First Line (GLFL) personalization.

@THETYFRANKEL wrote the #1 guide on this.

The great news is you can use the SAME GLFL for LinkedIn AND cold email.

= DOUBLE THE VALUE FOR YOUR $1 GLFL

8
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd @THETYFRANKEL LINKEDIN CONNECTION REQUESTS

Option 2 is to SNEAKILY REFER to your cold email message

"Hey {first_name}, I sent you an email the other day, not sure if you saw it... can we connect? Thanks, James"

Its POWERFUL to refer to other messages you sent by a DIFFERENT channel.

9
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd @THETYFRANKEL LINKEDIN CONNECTION REQUESTS

If you didn't use your GLFL in the connection request, use it in the first message AFTER you connect.

OR use Personalized Image Marketing...

PIM is still my favourite approach and my #1 most popular thread on Twitter:

get.moreresults.io/3WHN

10
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd @THETYFRANKEL RECAP SO FAR

FIRST we've sent a cold email to warm up our lead (the first of a sequence).

NEXT we've connected on LinkedIn to let them know we're SERIOUS about the value we're bringing them...

The final step is the KILLER BLOW that will skyrocket your conversions...

11
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd @THETYFRANKEL #3 PHONE FOLLOW-UP

If you don't use the phone you're missing out BIG TIME...

Probably 5x more leads are generated by phone than Email & LinkedIn.

But the key to phone success isn't having Jordan Belfort level tonality skills.

(although you better believe that helps)

12
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd @THETYFRANKEL #3 PHONE FOLLOW-UP

The key to phone follow-up success is

... having done STEPS 1 AND 2 FIRST

Its the OMNICHANNEL TRIFECTA that absolutely slays it...

When you can REFERENCE in your call that you've emailed AND LinkedIn messaged them...

You are IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE...

13
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd @THETYFRANKEL #3 PHONE FOLLOW-UP

Now you're in a LIVE CONVERSATION...

...and BECAUSE of your previous outreach efforts across MULTIPLE channels...

...they WILL give you the chance to deliver your well-crafted & well-prepared message.

and BOOM 💥

=> OMNICHANNEL OUTREACH WINS AGAIN

14
@NickAbraham12 @blackhatwizardd @THETYFRANKEL THE OMNICHANNEL TRIFECTA - SUMMARY

Here are the 3 KEYS you need to become an OMNICHANNEL GOD...

1 - COLD EMAIL
2 - LINKEDIN MESSAGE
3 - PHONE CALL

Follow this trifecta and you'll NEVER lack leads for your agency or client campaigns again...

The 6 Secrets to how I keep agency clients for YEARS.

33 CONTINUOUS MONTHS is the record so far...

...and still going up.

All starting from a single LinkedIn connection request.

[THREAD]

1
FIRST, WHY?

Retention is the KEY factor in the success of your business if you're an agency or provide a B2B service.

The average agency client retention rate is JUST 3 MONTHS.

You'll never grow this way unless you're charging high ticket (25k+) & have sales dialled-in.

P2
#1. PRODUCE KPIs

KPIs are critical for retention.

Clients won't remember all the value/leads/deals you've brought them unless YOU document them.

I create a Google Sheet and give them access 24/7 as a constant reminder.

Plus it helps them to follow-up and close more deals.

Got a great question via DM...

...& I figured the reply would help others too.

So I've created this 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪 thread:

2/8 - THE OFFER

First you need a compelling offer to stand out e.g

>> Free website for local plumbers

Use a template & let them change text/images for free.

Once they have your new website, you've established TRUST.

Figure out what OFFER makes most sense for you...

THEN...
3/8 - ADD AN UPSELL

The REAL PROFIT is in the UPSELL...

Here are 7 killer UPSELLS:

1) Customizations e.g. copy/design
2) Hosting e.g. for 1 year
3) SEO
4) PPC
5) Social Media
6) Email/SMS Marketing
7) SaaS add-ons e.g webchat

Figure out what UPSELLS make sense FOR YOU...

The P.I.M System - Personalized Image Marketing On LinkedIn

HOW DOES IMAGE PERSONALIZATION WORK?

First, use a real picture

It can be of you standing in front of a board

or use any object eg stock image of a billboard

Layer text and other images on top of that pic

Use customisation merge fields for personalization

That's it

2/9 Image
WHY DOES IT WORK?

>> Human psychology is hard-wired to trust someone when we look them directly in the 𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀

>> Its much harder to be offended & hit spam or disconnect

>> Its much easier to give consideration to your offer, as trust at a subconscious level is higher
