Cold Agglutinin Disease
Hemolytic anemia precipitated by cold
Monoclonal IgM binds RBCs (I antigen), agglutination, and fixes complement in cold->hemolysis
DAT+ for C3 and - for IgG
Associated with IgM gammopathies/LPL
Polyclonal form after Mycoplasma infection
Rx = Rituximab
