Hey fam, I have an update on a story.

Remember the Black man who was bringing in his trash can when the #LAPD kidnapped him after a white woman called 911 on her white boyfriend?

Today a judge removed the protective order on the video the LAPD didn’t want you to see.

Judge Throws Out Republican Joe Collins Lawsuit Against Congresswoman Maxine Waters

Ten years ago today, I got a phone call that a body was found and that it was identified as being #MitriceRichardson.
Mitrice's naked mummified remains were found in a creek bed in Malibu Canyon adjacent to a 21-acre ranch that is known for producing pornography.
This after being arrested on Sep. 16, 2009 on charges of "suspicion of not paying for a meal" & possession of less than an ounce of marijuana when the staff at Geoffrey's in Malibu called the #LACounty Sheriffs on her for displaying "bizarre" behavior and not paying her bill.

Folks have been reaching out on the status of the investigation into Democratic donor Ed Buck.

Here’s the update:

Gemmel Moore is dead.
Timothy Dean is dead.
3 immunity ltrs from the DA have been issued to interview 3 witnesses and 0 interviews have been done with sheriffs.
Next week will mark one month since Dean’s death.

Meanwhile Ed Buck is still a free man with the very real possibility of having a third Black man die in his apartment.

If another young, Black gay man overdoses or worse dies at Democratic donor Ed Buck’s apartment it’s going to be the fault of the sheriff’s dept and L.A. District Atty for not stopping him when they had the opportunity to. #GemmelMoore #Justice4Gemmel
If the roles had been reversed and Ed Buck had died and Gemmel Moore had lived—and there were 24 syringes, meth, cocaine, other drugs and paraphernalia visible to the police I guarantee you Gemmel wouldn’t have been able to talk his way out of it like Buck did. #whiteprivilege
