San Diego Police Department raided an activist's house on 3/23 for what he said on social media and at local protests, and falsely claimed he was part of 'Antifa'. They sent him to a psychiatric hospital for an 'evaluation', and served a 'Gun Violence Restraining Order'. 
Some of the reasons include him saying "The only way the cops will learn is when 11-99 occurs (police code for officer down)". They literally included him saying "Fuck The Police, and All Cops Are Bastards". He never threatened an officer, and no criminal charges have been filed.
Another reason includes him screaming in a video, "Fuck this god damn fucking government" while at work and being "around" Border Patrol agents.
This is something the whole nation should know about as this is a huge first amendment violation and blatant political persecution. They used speech and comments on Instagram to raid his home, take his gun, and prevent him from owning one for 1-5 years.
The activist was quickly released from the psychiatric hospital indicating that he was not actually a harm to himself or others, and they did this all without him committing a crime. They even made up him being in "group known as Antifa".

SDPD also raided Jonah and his partner's home TWICE in February 2021. Jonah was arrested and is still in jail charged with multiple felonies.
