The 1st paper by @EriqFelix and Elizabeth Perez helps to flesh out how racialized equity labor impacts stakeholders within campuses working to enact racial equity plans. Appreciate the transference and nuance of the concept #AERA21
@EriqFelix and Elizabeth Perez's paper also notes faculty resistance (sigh) to engaging in equity plans with admins. Leveraging shared governance and just general pushback as ways to thwart progress :( #AERA21
