Just had a publisher tell me that because I'm bisexual I'm not part of the LGBT community and not qualified to write about it, so that's something. 😬😬
100% it's because my MC is slutty and whoever read it took offense on behalf of gay people for no damn reason.

Anyways As Played By Gods will be out sometime this year and the MC is a disaster bisexual who I love so much. It's very gay and very loud and my publisher is LGBT+ owned and ran and only publishes LGBT+ stories so I guess "the community" didn't hate it after all.
Well they're definitely aware since they liked my tweet tagging them. 👀👀
