When we all joined Social Media ten years ago, we just wanted to have some fun, share info, expand our world view, maybe get into an occasional disagreement and laugh about it and move on.

I don't know where it all went wrong...

And I don't agree with the Politics part of it.

We are and will always be political. In the olden days though, difference in Political opinion was a given. But we used to overlook all of that, while interacting with others.

And there never was so much hatred.

Look At E Sreedharan. That man is a national hero. What that man has done will serve India for the next 200 years, if not more

He literally moved mountains and Delhi, to being people together and make India a better place

But because he joined the BJP, he was suddenly, wrong

One useless but famous actor even made snide remarks about his age and ability.

I mean, if anything India should build a Statue of Unity type statue for E Sreedharan. Anything less is a travesty.

But he got smacked because of him having different political stance..

Amongst all the States that are served by the Konkan Railway, it is Kerala that benefits the most.

The travel time of all the Trains from Kerala to North, got reduced by 12 hours, if not more. E Sreedharan built that railway.

But what does a journo ask him? Questions on Beef.

Give that man an appointment and freedom and he will transform the infrastructure of Kerala in 5 years.

He will ensure you get from Trivandrum to Kasaragod, in 8 hours.

He will ensure access to so many markets, that Keralites will stop going to Middle East to become labourers

But you are more worried about his opinion on Beef eating than his infrastructural plans for the state.

All because he has a different political opinion.

P:S E Sreedharan never cared about other's political opinions. His best work came under Congress, BJP, Shiv Sena and JDU.
