Ever been asked about an Experience you lack in an interview and ended up not getting the job?

Let me help you for future purposes.

“Do you have experience with Telemantics fleet management system? its one of the essential requirements for this warehouse management position.”

Do you say "No" and miss the opportunity or do you fight?
I fight in these three steps they may work for you too.
1. I explain that I'm confident in my ability to learn it.

2. I demonstrate how I've learnt a new or similar skill and became an expert

3. I Prepare examples in advance since i always make sure i sneak that ability
“While I have not had any direct experience in telematics, I am a fast learner, and I am confident that I can handle telematics successfully and exceed your expectations.”
"At Twizza they needed a Supervisor urgently and to successfully play that role one had to be familiar with NAVISION warehouse management system and i was not, so i asked my boss show me and i wrote all the navigations in book, i used that book until i was the expert I am today."
I use a situation challenge result format in my examples

Situation= No Supervisor
Action = Took notes
Results = Operations continued as usual
For me it always works màgic i thought i should share with you that lack of experience in a certain area shouldn't block you from applying.

How some black tweeps are so pleased with the misfortune of Stocko Aka @katt_Arianna1 got me thinking a lot. You have a right to disagree but do it respectfully.

A central feature of pleasure in others' misfortune is the belief that the other person deserves her misfortune.
For example, when stuck in a traffic jam, should a driver pass us on our right by driving on the hard shoulder, our anger will be replaced by pleasure when we see a policeman giving the driver a ticket.

As Promised, there are 5 skills that every Employer is looking for in job candidates, they are as equally important as qualifications and work experience if not more. Unlike qualifications and experience they take personal interest in self development.
Critical thinking/Problem solving is necessary for almost every job. Employees need to be able to analyze evidence, question assumptions, test hypotheses, observe and draw conclusions from any form of data.
Critical thinking is not just a skill, but a habit formed to help with problem-solving.

Although critical thinking can be taught, it needs to be applied in the real-world experiences so you can make a habit of using critical thinking in your daily life.

You are what you believe to be.
Let's go through what a belief is/not A belief is the thought behind the thought.
A belief is not something simply said with confidence, although that is part of it. (A
A belief is not something you commit to do, albeit it helps. A belief is what your inner emotion is telling you. A belief is the inner, unswayable knowledge of what you know to be true. It’s that constant, ever-present conversation that is going on in your head.
Here is the problem. You are constantly lying to yourself through your words and thoughts, and
sometimes you even temporarily persuade yourself, but it doesn’t last for long.

Have you ever heard the phrase 'climbing the corporate ladder?' Obviously, corporations aren't overrun with actual ladders. This phrase is a metaphor for how employees can rise through the ranks of a company, rung by metaphorical rung.
Although the structure of 'corporate ladders' can be different for many organizations, they usually all have common rungs among them. If you are interested in being a leader in a company someday, it is important you understand the ladder and how it is made up.
Corporate ladder' is a term used to describe the hierarchy of a company's organizational structure. The concept reflects the levels that must be climbed to get to the top of the organization.
