UPSC is a monumental waste of resources. Rather than preparing children for the 21st century, it has millions preparing for an exam to be glorified clerks.

And with zero work experience, stuffed with ego, those who make it spend a career further killing innovation & enterprise.
Unfortunately the @narendramodi govt is enamored of the bureaucracy and has done nothing to fix this colonial structure.

A first step would be 3rd party customer satisfaction survey of each department, which becomes part of their promotion criteria.

It is not the fault of the exam or the students. It is the fault of the system.

Every generation of White Supremacy has its own “acceptable racism.”

There is no "last them." Abrahamism is built on binary. Even if one Abrahamism were to eliminate all others, they'd still seek a binary. So they would schism and each schism would fight the other. It is endless war, we are just the current target.
