1. Derive your esteem from yourself

Here is the truth

Your parents will leave you one day

Similarly, every relation is fragile & it goes through phases

One day or another it will end

So never put them above your self-respect

2. Question the underlying need

Get this tattooed on your forehead

"When overpowered by emotions seek logic"

It is not worth going back to any vulture

Who trades your soul by filling the hole in your
heart

Ask yourself

What emotional craving I am looking for?

The answer is the need

3. Block them the fuck out

Stop being a little bitch & stop stalking them

Just make the decision

Block them from everywhere

Live life as that person does'nt exist

You can't undo your memories

But you can focus on your present to make better memories for future
