If you're just waking up, the FDA and CDC are recommending a pause in the use of the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

“Six reported U.S. cases of a rare and severe type of blood clot" from 6.8M+ doses administered.

Acting FDA Commissioner Dr. Janet Woodcock announces the FDA and CDC are recommending a pause in the use of the J&J vaccine “out of an abundance of caution … due to reports of six cases of a rare and severe type of blood clot following vaccine administration.”
CDC Principal Deputy Director Dr. Anne Schuchat lists symptoms to look out for if you've already gotten the J&J vaccine, including:
• severe headaches
• abdominal or leg pain
• shortness of breath

She says the risk is "very low" if you were vaccinated more than a month ago.
Dr. Anthony Fauci on the recommended J&J vaccine pause due to rare blood clotting disorder in 6 recipients:

“There have been 6 out of the 6.85 million doses, which is less than 1 in a million. So remember, this is something … really out of an abundance of caution.”
