Hands down, this has got to be one of the most [unintentionally] hilarious accounts on Twitter.
... who actually tags the FBI over mean Tweets?

This guy is wiiiiiiiiiiiiild, y’all.
I’m fascinated. If those Tweets are threats worth a literal “cc FBI” (also bananas and utterly hilarious, that part alone)...

...old dude needs to spend like, an hour, being me on Twitter.

White male fragility is a THING TO BEHOLD.
Gratitude, though, cause I have a new reaction meme for people who piss me off on the Twitter machine (I already know I’m gonna overuse this):

Did I ever tell you the one about the Aryan Nations Pastor and the Neo-Nazi lawyer who have been suing the absolute shit out of each other for the whoooooole past decade (over what, I still can’t really tell)?

Because THIS one is...a thing to behold.
This might be my favorite legal document of all time.

“THE BIBLICAL & MORAL CASE FOR THE EXTERMINATION OF LAKE COUNTY OHIO AND, IF NECESSARY, OF THE STATE OF OHIO”

[the county isn’t even the party he’s counter-suing.] Image
Just ... pause and marvel at this one more time.

Let it sink in, before I continue.

New thread series, by request!

I’ll add some more below; series includes, among other bananas Neo-Nazi stories, the case of—

Mr. Walter White (no, really) of the California KKK. Image
1. The one where a Neo-Nazi gets angry that the court won’t defend his right to start a race war, and threatens to start a race war as a result...

... in legal paperwork filed with said court.
2. Neo-Nazi failsons and the Nietzschean eternal recurrence of the Race War that will never happen:

The Talculm X Wars: ‘Every Nazi I Don’t Like Is Secretly Not White [Also Probably a Jew and Fed]’

Anti-racists have such conflicting attitudes over former Neo Nazis and ex fascists.

I’ve been die-hard, actively anti my whole life, targeted personally since I was a kid, etc., so I understand much of the skepticism and cynicism, but —

I want to say something real quick.
Some of the most committed, generous, and helpful people fighting white supremacy today ARE formers.

Yes, treat disavowal / disengagement claims with caution, demand accountability in word as well as action, and no one is required to forgive, but know this:
I often see all formers treated as:

1) inherently untrustworthy and beyond redemption even if their help is accepted

2) scientific “specimens” by researchers and academics - like their sole purpose is to be studied as useful oddities

(#2 makes me extremely angry, btw)

American Indian Movement. #AIM now and forever. Image
Dennis Banks and Russell Means meant so much to me growing up - juxtaposing a Kirsti Noem Tweet with AIM leaders feels like sacrilege.

“Unbelievable” story about a Neo-Nazi you say... twitter.com/i/events/13823…
summary judgment : pretty damn “par for ye ole Neo Nazi course”
One of the days I’ll tell you some of my actually-for-real-unbelievable Neo-Nazi stories

Withrop is only about a 6.0 on the scale.

Another frustrating thing about working on white supremacist infiltration:

Damn near every case that comes to media attention is treated as isolated — regardless of organizational ties.

That’s a very serious issue complicating efforts to assess the scope of the problem.
Regardless of organizational affiliation or lack thereof (hello Beam’s Leaderless Resistance) — YES, there IS a white supremacist movement that explicitly understands itself as such.

How do I know? Look at Telegram references to... “the movement.”

This ain’t rocket science.
Case in point:

Maybe...just maybe... if you’re reporting on white supremacist activity at, say, Ft. Bragg - you may want to consider OTHER instances of white supremacist activity at Ft. Bragg over time.

JUST IN CASE THERE IS A COINCIDENTAL PATTERN THAT ACCIDENTALLY EMERGES.
