Agree - sanctions seem sweeping in some ways with more definitive details and people/entities identified - but still seems to be focused on network close to the Kremlin vs more expanded oligarch network that used cutouts to interact with Trump circle & GOP

Court docs in Canada show Catalyst agreed to pay up to $11 million to Black Cube for scheme to discredit Ontario judge and new links for Black Cube & Psy Group - noting “Arik” from Psy-Group e-mailed “Guy” from Black Cube and discussed the sting operation

This case caught my attention a few years ago because it was notable that both Black Cube and Psy Group were hired for the same sting operation - now the recent court docs describe new coordination between the two
