Organization is the key to self-actualization.

1 - Organize your mind

Every thought alters your brain’s chemistry, literally.

Your thoughts are self-fulfilling, whether positive or negative.

Filter doubt & self-depreciating thoughts from your psyche.
2 - Organize your emotions

Equanimity: emotional balance will skyrocket your creativity.

Your emotions shouldn’t fluctuate with the external ups & downs of your daily life.
Enthusiasm: comes naturally when you work on something you love or believe it.

Be passionate about your dreams, and they’ll manifest twice as fast.
Other powerful emotions

* Conviction
* Determination
* Self-sufficiency

Useless emotions

* Self doubt
* Pessimism
* Stress
* Helplessness
3 - Organize your energy

Your willpower is your energy reservoir.

It has a daily limit so utilize it effectively.

Deal with tedious and boring tasks first.

Conserve willpower by making fewer choices, have everything planned out.
You can also increase your energy levels naturally by:

* Eating healthier
* Working out regularly
* Getting 8 hours sleep
* Getting sunlight exposure
* Avoiding negative news & drama
4 - Organize your actions

90% of human efforts are wasted.

What you work on is more important than how hard you work.

The best waste of time is working diligently at what shouldn’t be done at all.

Clarity & priorities are paramount.
Eliminate any extra work that makes you feel “productive”.

You only need to exert 20% effort to create 80% results.

More is less.
5 - Organize your time:

Time moves faster for an unorganized mind.

* Choose a work schedule fits int your most productive hours of the day.

* Choose a sleep schedule that fits your circadian rhythm.

* Choose a eating window that makes you feel energized, not lethargic.
You’ll be 5x more productive when you work with your nature.

Schedule time:

* for loved ones

* for hobbies

* for social media

* for working out

* for daily reflection (journal)

* for deep work (zero tolerance for distractions)

* for solitude (take walks or sit in silence)
6 - Organize your workflow

Automate repeating taks, or keep optimizing for ease & speed.

Use the Eisenhower matrix to prioritize your daily tasks.
7 - Organize your relationships

Choose your company wisely, they truly determine what you become.

Spend less time with;

* Fault finders & naysayers

* Complainers & pessimists

* Entitled & lazy people

* People that encourage your vices
Spend more time with:

* Optimistic and high-spirited people

* People that increase your happiness

* People that inspire you to become better.

Listen to sad music when you are happy, and vice versa.

People naturally use music to intensify their current mood.

I believe music should be used to neutralize moods.

Why?
Equanimity is a virtue!

This is the art of staying balanced emotionally - ideally without the help of nature.
Naturally - no one stays happy forever, and no one stays sad forever.

(A Thread) 🪔
Feeling entitled:

Entitlement is a delusion rooted in laziness, selfishness and foolishness.

The universe never rewards the undeserving...
