Here are 7 simple ways for you to make your Mondays better:
1. Plan a Monday morning routine

Make it simple!

- Tide up your workplace
- Have your favorite coffee
- Take a walk

Having a fun routine makes this morning something you can look forward to.
2. Make someoneโ€™s day

Try to do a random act of kindness.

- Buy the next person in line a coffee
- Give the cashier a compliment
- Give people your smile

It will make you and them feel good.

Be the reason for peopleโ€™s happiness and youโ€™ll always be happy.
3. Look good

Looking good will help you perform better.

Remember that The world rewards beauty.

It also boosts your confidence and makes you feel good about yourself.
4. Make Monday your cheat day

Every diet starts on Monday! But if youโ€™re trying to fight the Monday blues, the last thing you need is an exhausting diet.

Eat like a king on Mondays and make your diet Tuesdayโ€™s problem.
5. Hydrate

This is so basic you should do it every day.
